Kelly Graver is a heart-centered counselor, trauma-informed relationship coach, and mindfulness practitioner who helps individuals reconnect with themselves through compassion, presence, and embodied awareness. Drawing from years of experience in nervous system regulation, conscious relationship work, and holistic healing, she creates transformative experiences that foster resilience, connection, and inner peace. She is founder and head coach at Connected Hearts Coaching.
