In Baja Mexico, Terry Kennedy, an ex-Hell's Angel and American veteran in his 80s, sets out on one final voyage to a remote island, hoping to reunite with Willy — a 22-foot oceanic manta ray whose unlikely friendship transforms Terry's troubled life and turns him into an unexpected conservationist.
